  Adrian, Ruben, and Dwayne — thank you so much for serving the BEST burgers in Birmingham! The burgers are always fresh and delicious, the chips are perfectly fried, and the playlist in this shop never misses. Always a great experience!

  I was served by Tasnim. It was my first time there and I had no idea what to do. Tasnim helped me and helped me join rewards. The lovely lady suggested what was possibly best for me and guided me all the way through. What a brilliant member of staff. Thank you.

  Food was well cooked and tasty. Staff were ok , busy chatting between them self's. Was nice and tidy. But £25 for burger , fries and a milkshake was shockingly expensive.

  We always come here and I have to say Ahmad is always professional, hardworking, and welcoming every time we visit. He consistently provides excellent customer service, stays positive under pressure, and is always ready to help with anything we need. His attitude and work ethic really stand out and make every visit a great experience. Thank you Ahmad for your amazing service. you are a real asset to the team.
